How we work

Start with a conversation, choose a service and agree the result.

You can come to us with a general interest in AI, a business problem or a research need. We help clarify the question and choose a suitable format: audit, implementation, individual or team training.

The first conversation

We discuss what prompted your interest, what you would like to change and who is involved. Defining the problem is part of the consultation; you do not need to prepare a technical specification before contacting us.

Before work begins, we agree:

• the processes or tasks to examine;
• the result you will receive;
• the materials and access needed;
• the schedule, price and responsibilities.

Audit and recommendations

We examine the relevant processes, assess where AI fits and compare solutions. You receive priorities, recommendations and a cost estimate, with the assumptions behind it.

The audit can end with these recommendations. You decide whether to commission a practical test or implementation.

Implementation

We redesign the relevant steps, configure the chosen tools and test the new workflow. The result includes the agreed settings, instructions and findings from the test.

We assess quality, effort and cost against criteria agreed before testing. How we choose solutions explains this comparison. Follow-up support can be agreed for further adjustments.

Individual and team training

Training is a separate service and can also accompany implementation. Sessions use the tasks and tools of the researcher or team: explanation, supervised practice, feedback and guidance for further use.

For employees, training covers the new business process and their role in it. For research teams, it includes the shared environment and connected agents. Individual researchers can learn tool use and how to describe its contribution to their work.

Review the result

At the end, we review what was delivered against the agreed result. An audit supports your decision; an implementation provides a tested setup; training checks the skills practised during the sessions. We discuss any remaining work and agree the next step.
