Artem holds a Candidate of Economic Sciences degree and an MBA in International Business. His background includes leadership in banking, corporate IT, CRM implementation and process automation. He teaches at RANEPA and RUDN and researches behavioural and digital economics.

This experience supports the analysis of business processes, investment choices and organisational changes required for adoption.

Michael Kalyaev

Michael holds an MS in International Economics and Trade. His focus is economic assessment: comparing options, examining cost assumptions and considering the business context of a recommendation.

Tim Smykov

Tim holds an MS in Applied AI. His focus is selecting and configuring AI tools, connecting them to the workflow and helping clients learn to use them.
