What is Veracto?

The product direction for a managed agent experience in Telegram.

Status: product direction. Veracto is being designed as a managed personal agent in Telegram.

You hand over real work in a familiar chat. Veracto is meant to bring together the context you approve, use the relevant tools, and return a result you can inspect.

No agent to build

The product is not a self-hosted framework, a workflow canvas, or a marketplace of components for you to assemble. The intended experience is managed simplicity: hand over the task, decide what Veracto may access, and receive the handoff in the same conversation.

The value path

  1. Start with one useful task. A task, document, link, or question gives the work a clear beginning.
  2. Use approved context. Sources and actions are introduced only when the task needs them.
  3. Do the work. Progress should be meaningful, and requests for your input should be specific.
  4. Hand back something usable. The result should stand on its own: a file, plan, decision, or other artifact with enough context to review.

What Veracto is not claiming today

  • A generally available production service.
  • A promise that every connector, action, or task type exists.
  • A substitute for clear approvals when work could affect an external system.
  • A guarantee that any model output is correct simply because it was generated.

Public documentation will describe a capability as available only after its implementation and release evidence exist.
