Your team may be starting with AI or already using several tools separately. We help select a shared setup, connect the tools and agents used by participants, and train the team to work in that environment.

## Choose a setup for the team

We examine the research tasks, current tools and materials to decide what should be shared. The audit compares team plans, shared workspaces and available connections, with their costs and access settings.

You receive recommendations for the tools to use, how they will fit together and what needs to change. This is useful both for teams adopting AI for the first time and for groups consolidating individual experiments.

## Connect tools and agents

Implementation uses existing services and their supported connections. Depending on the agreed work, we help configure:

- a shared workspace and team subscriptions;
- access to common sources, data and project instructions;
- connections between the tools used by participants;
- agents that use the shared context and exchange results through the chosen tools.

We select connections that the services support and test them on the team's tasks. Participants receive the settings and guidance needed to use the environment.

## Train participants together

Team training can be booked separately or included in implementation. Sessions cover individual use, shared materials and tasks involving several participants or agents.

We practise using the same context, checking outputs and recording AI contributions to the research. The [researcher offer](/en/routes/researchers/) explains individual training and the description of AI use in a method or publication.

## What the team receives

- A recommended shared setup and an estimate of its costs after the audit.
- Configured connections and a tested workflow when implementation is included.
- Practical skills and reusable guidance when training is included.

Researchers retain responsibility for methods and scientific interpretation. [Data and privacy](/en/reference/privacy-and-security/) describes access to shared materials.

## Discuss your team's plans

Contact us even if the tools or tasks are not yet clear. We will help identify where a shared environment would be useful. [Write to us](#contact). [How we work](/en/consulting/how-it-works/) explains the progression.
